Some recommendations:

Indesign files:

1) Unzip all the files (put them somewhere on a desktop folder) by using any free application that opens .rar files

2) Open InDesign go for File Open 10x10 (12x12) empty layout template File

3) Go for File Open 10x10 (12x12) inches templates library FILE

4) Drag and drop needed template from library into empty layout and then also drag and drop images; resize them.

Photoshop files:

1) unzip all photoshop files via application that opens .rar file and put them in your own folder.

2) Open photoshop and go for Fileopen locate a needed file (or simply drag and drop the file into a photoshop empty layout

3) Drag and drop images. Put images over a needed squares and use clipping mask to crop, resize and position the images.
