hit Download button on this page; find the donwloaded .zip arhive using Files app on your iPad under Downloads; tap Texture_Grain_Brushes.zip file to unzip it - iPad will create a separate folder; tap the .bruset file inside that folder. After ProCreate opens up and installs the set, you will see it on the very top in ProCreate brush library
