I've been trying to access this since I purchased it, and it's been a frustrating experience. The buttons provided don't work, and the copy-paste method is far from convenient. Despite carefully following the instructions to copy and paste the link, I continue to receive a 404 error. Even when I type in the link manually, it's been over 10 minutes of trying without success. For a paid product, I expected a smoother and more reliable process. Please resolve the access issues, as they significantly impact the user experience.

PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.
