The font is a colour OpenType file which means this font will show up only in apps that are compatible with color bitmap fonts. The Opentype-SVG fonts require Photoshop CC 2017, Illustrator CC 2018, or Procreate 4.3 (or newer) to use. Now that OpenType-SVG has been adopted as the industry standard, there is good chance that you can start using color fonts across your favorite software and hardware (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, QuarkXPress, Keynote, PowerPoint, Word etc.) For more information on colour fonts and how to use them visit: http://www.colorfonts.wtf
However all characters are also included as individual .png files which can be opened in any graphics software. Each letter comes as a separate PNG file on a transparent background. Each image has the high resolution size of 2000x2000px. This downloadable package contains 45 files.
Golden Balloons SVG Font. A high definition OpenType-SVG font built-in 3D. Contains uppercase characters, numerals and basic punctuation. (Draw height roughly 800 pixels). All letters and glyphs that comprises this font you can see on the preview.

PNG Letter set. All 45 characters of the Golden Balloons letter set are included as individual .PNG image files on a transparent background. These can be opened in any software and manually placed to create your text layout.
Punctuation and Language Support. Due to the large nature of OpenType-SVG fonts, extended punctuation and language support are not included in the font files. However all punctuation characters and the following accents are included as individual image files in the .png letter set, which can be manually added to your text

- How do I contact support?

- How can I unzip product files?
PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.

- How do I install a font?
After you unzip your font product files, you will see .OTF or .TTF files. To install a font, just double click on the OTF or TTF file. For more information, check out our Font FAQ.

- What software do I need to use this font?
When a font is installed on your computer, it can be used with any program that allows you to create text. Fonts will work in Microsoft Office applications, Adobe software, and almost any other program with a text editor.
