For the digital clipart you get a Personal & Limited Commercial (small business) license, meaning, you may use these graphics for personal use like making invitations, cards, scrapbooking etc. Commercial usage is limited for completing a single client project for personal use. You are allowed to create one single end product for yourself or for one client for personal use. The end product is a work that is larger in scope and different by nature than the bought item.
