About the Product
YOU WILL RECEIVE 20 photo frame mockups
Each mockup includes:
- 20 PSD file with a smart object (place for your artwork)
- 20 MP4 video file (4K, 3840x2160 px, duration 15 sec)
NOTE
- It’s a real view. You can’t move any elements or change a background.
- A psd file includes a video layer and a smart object (place your design here)
- A mp4 video is linked with a psd file. So don't delete it. If you have some trouble with a video layer, replace it (click on a icon of the layer and choose “Replace Footage”)
- For proper operation, we recommend using Photoshop CS6 or higher version

VIDEO MOCKUP DOESN'T WORK
Sometimes different versions of Photoshop have bugs. You must write to Adobe support. This is not a mockup problem.
Or try some ways (this is our experience and observation):
- change the version
- reinstall the program
- sign out and sign in to your Adobe account
YOUR MAC OS MONTEREY M1 CHIP. VIDEO MOCKUPS DON’T WORK
Go to application folder Photoshop 2022 open it right click Photoshop icon get info and check Rosetta

Once done then check the video render it should be fine
