Over the past 18 months I've collected dozens of sponge brushes, acrylics, inks and papers. Using these tools I've spent many early mornings and late nights drinking coffee and making textures.

Here's the process each texture went through:
- Created sponge textures using real sponges, inks and paints
- Scanned textures into my MacBook
- Converted to vectors using VectorMagic, my favorite vector creation software
- Cleaned up the results by hand getting rid of stray points and weird blobs
- Created as scatter brushes in Illustrator with random rotations of brush and other features to create an organic feel to your work
