The team at Basecamp (formerly 37Signals) created the project management app by the same name and the Ruby on Rails programming language. Dave Heinemeier Hansson, one of the partners, says that<\/a> they are big supporters of working remotely and have been doing so for the last decade. In fact, he claims that 75% of the Basecamp team is working remotely.
