The worn out feel of chalk combined with the organic, naïve vibe of hand lettering results in a visual style that is nothing short of charming<\/em>. In the last #LDSgenconf, Jeffrey R. Holland gave a beautiful talk about motherhood. One of my favorite parts was an excerpt of a letter he received from a young mother – one part read: • “…such love will range between unbearable and transcendent, over and over again…” • Oh how true this is! I am in constant awe of how quickly my feelings can change from complete frustration to absolute joy. The key is to remember that those wonderful moments will come and they will make up for all the rough patches. • So, don’t feel like a terrible mother if you want to run away or escape or call it quits every once in awhile (or every five minutes) – you are not alone. But we can all do way more than we think when we turn to Our Savior who can help us with every tantrum and every sleepless night.
