(+ Free Desktop Background)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Are you familiar with the International Council of Design (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ico-d.org\/projects\/world-design-day\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ico-D<\/a>)? Kim Paulsen (Vice President of the council from 1993-1995) created the concept of &#8220;World Design Day&#8221; to commemorate the foundation of ico-D on April 27, 1963.
