As our marketplace continues to grow, so does the Creative Market team<\/a>. Today we’re excited to introduce you to one of three new people that have joined us in recent weeks, Sarah Doczy<\/a>! As our new Operations Manager, Sarah is now part of the crew working out of our headquarters in San Francisco and she’s here to help keep the company organized and running smoothly. Needless to say, we’re very happy to have her on board. Please join us in welcoming Sarah to the community!
\nTell us a little bit about yourself and what you do for Creative Market.<\/strong>
\nI’m the new Operations Manager for Creative Market now living in San Francisco, by way of Denver, CO, but originally an Ohio native. Go Bucks!
\nWhat were you doing before you joined the team and how did you and Creative Market “find each other”?<\/strong>
\nI’ve been fortunate enough to spend the past 2 years watching my beautiful baby girl grow up into toddlerhood. Previous to that, I was a Business Systems Analyst in the financial industry helping implement and test their systems.
\nFor the past year and a half, I have been teaching myself front end web technologies. As a way to learn, I built an educational site for my daughter sarahdoczy.com<\/a>. I still have a long way to go, but am excited to learn as much as possible.
\nWhat’s your workstation like? Do you have any tools\/software\/gadgets you can’t live without?<\/strong>
\nMy workstation is pretty simple. Just a laptop and coffee. I like to take the minimalist approach.<\/p>\n

Do you have any go-to music when you’re working?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nAnything with a folky twist….The Lumineers, Kings of Leon, Mumford and Sons. \ud83d\ude42 They feel like home.
\nWhat are some of the projects you’re currently working on?<\/strong>
\nStill trying to get the lay of the land, but getting my feet wet with seller outreach and writing tutorials. Future projects I’m excited to work on involve learning more about SEO and and anything development related.
\nWhat’s your favorite shop in the marketplace?<\/strong>
\nI’m loving the retro look of Cruzine<\/a>!
