BUCKSHOT Vector Type Effects

Buckshot Illustrator grunge effects in seconds! - 100% Vector

I set out a long time ago to try and achieve a constant relationship between the texture inside my typography work and the texture around it. After months of playing and experimenting in Illustrator I've finally cracked a way of getting that organic look and getting it in seconds. Plus it's 100% vector, so can be scaled to any size.

Watch the 43 second video demo:

All it takes is just 3 simple steps:

  • 1/ Add some Type (Font or Hand Lettering)
  • 2/ Choose a Texture
  • 3/ Play the Action!

..simple as that.

Plus with loads of customizable settings you can given even more variations of texture, such as:

  • Size of outer texture spread
  • Strength of effect inside & out
  • Just having the inner or outer texture
  • Controlling edge or center texture

What's included in the download?

  • 16 Grunge Graphic Styles (Rust, Paint, Scratches, Shingle, Grit...& more)
  • Vectorize! Action
  • Quick Start PDF (CS5 / CS6 / CC)
  • Quick Start PDF (CS3 / CS4)

Requirements Adobe Illustrator CS3 or newer. Won't work in CoralDraw or Inkscape or Photoshop

Please Note This a new kind of product and I've tested it personally in CS3 and CC 2014. I've got my team of testers to check in other versions, but please do contact me with any issue you may come along.
