Instructions (also included as its own layer):

Insert your content into the “Your Content Layer”. Turn on the social media layer that you want to work with. Arrange your content to fit the template. Turn off the “Turn Off” layer that is inside each social media layer. Select the entire social media layer. Go to Object--Artboards--Fit to Selected Art Go to File--Save for Web.
