No.

How do I access the alternate characters in this font?

You need to be using an app that recognises Open Type features.

Most Adobe apps (latest versions) have a Glyphs palette that allows you to pick individual characters for insertion in your designs. You can also select "Stylistic Sets" from the Open Type options within Character palettes. Full details here: http://www.adobe.com/ie/products/type/opentype.html

How do I install a font?

After you unzip your font product files, you will see .OTF or .TTF files. To install a font, just double click on the OTF or TTF file. For more information, check out our Font FAQ.
