Can I sell your illustrations “as is” as wall printables/digital prints
?

• No, you are not allowed to sell my illustrations as wall printables or digital prints because I'm also offering them as ready-to-print raster files as part of my collection. That directly competes with my product and is highly prohibited under all licenses.



Can I use your illustrations to sell physical products such as framed art prints, t-shirts, tumbler, mugs, tote bags, etc. if I purchase a Commercial License?



• Yes, but you cannot sell them “as is”. You need to make significant modifications to the illustration/design (ie. combine other elements or text, and create new compositions) before doing so.



• Under the Creative Market Commercial License, you are allowed to create and sell physical goods using the licensed asset given the following terms:

“Any ‘End Use’ for Commercial use must: (i) be significantly different than the original Licensed Asset, (ii) require time, effort, and skill to produce and (iii) not derive its primary value from the Licensed Asset itself.”

 This means that you can use the licensed illustrations as long as you make a significant modification and end product is not used or sold in a way that is directly competitive with the original item you purchased.



Does changing the color of the illustration/design and background count as significant modification?



• No.



Can I use your illustrations “as is” for selling physical prints or any type of physical goods?



• Using a licensed asset/illustration "as is" (ie. without making a significant modification or creating new compositions/derivative work out of it) for physical end product usage for financial gain is ONLY available for the Extended Commercial license. 



Can I use your illustrations for selling physical goods on sites like Zazzle, Society6, Redbubble, Printify, Printful, TeeSpring, Gooten, DesignByHumans, Threadless, Spreadshirt and other print-on-demand or order-on-demand services?



• No. This is strictly prohibited under all licenses.
