25 Real Bokeh Backgrounds / Overlays

These are real bokeh images and were created using a professional DSLR camera to give you high quality and realistic looking bokeh.

What you get:

  • 25 High res JPG files
  • 3500 x 2333px to 5184 x 3456px in size
  • Most JPG files are on a black background - super easy to apply

How to use

To use these as an overlay, simple place one of the files over a photo in photoshop or other photo editing software. The all you need to do is change the blending mode, I recommend using blending mode "Screen" but play around to get the best result. If needed use the eraser tool to remove bokeh from faces, etc...

Photo overlays work in any editing software that allows using layers (Photoshop CS & CC, Photoshop Elements, Zoner, Gimp & etc.)

To use as a background you would need to cut out the object so there is no background, then simply place one of these files behind that layer.

You will need basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and know how to work with the layers.
