Hi, I purchased this product, but it doesn't match what I see on the website. They are two different graphical settings; how can you resolve the issue? Tks
I don't know why there are bad reviews for this, I normally don't comment but in this instance I really wanted to because some people really want to be spoonfed. This is a TEMPLATE, which means YES, you actually do have to put some work into it by customising it with your own fonts, logos, colors, global styles (wtv that means, I've been a designer for almost 20 years and that's never been that big an issue). Also it has all the basics a brand guideline should have - if you want extra sections then add them yourself!! Seriously back in the day we used to have to hand-vector draw everything, nowadays everyone just wants everything handed to them 😂 Anyways, great design, I love it. Just had a q about the links in the links section on AI (I wrote it in the comments). Thank you!!!
I just want to say the design was good and informative but one thing I didn't like was it was a little bit short I expected more things but other than that everything looked and felt professional and for those new designers out there this template will help improve their skills.

- How can I unzip product files?
PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.
