Moire: Backgrounds & Mesh Overlays
About
Moiré is a collection of 25 experimental organic scan textures and 10 graphic overlays.
Created by scanning real iridescent capercaillie feathers, each texture captures analog softness, scanner noise, and rich dark-green tones. Combined with a curated set of distorted neon grid overlays, the collection produces layered optical interference, moiré-like effects, and contemporary editorial aesthetics.
The toolkit is designed for graphic designers, creative studios, photographers, musicians, and content creators looking to build bold visuals with depth, texture, and atmosphere.
Perfect for editorial layouts, poster design, album covers, branding, fashion campaigns, moodboards, social media graphics, digital collage, typography, packaging, and experimental visual identities.
