!!!A NOTE ON THE LIGHT BURSTS!!!

The 23 light bursts come on black. Set the layer blend mode to Screen— the black disappears and only the glow stays. They also come as a vector file, so you can scale them to any size and recolour them without losing quality. They sit over photos, paper and any background, light or dark. Blend modes are available in Photoshop, Procreate and Affinity; support varies in other apps.
