About
Very simple and easy use painting effect. Just one click. The action has been tested and working on Photoshop CS6, CC, CC 2015, CC 2017, CC 2018, CC 2019 etc. NOT CC 2014. Make sure you have an oil paint filter https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/oil-paint-greyed-out.html

I got the same issue 'No oil paint plugin" the first time that I run the action. But after that the action was working fine and doing a good effect with my photos. I run the action twice to get more "painted" effect. But it cause the ending result is a little bright or pale. To fix it I change a bit the exposure in the final rendering, darkening the whole image. And at this point, I'm very satisfied with the final image.
