The images can't be modified to go into the same frames. So you have to use their exact images if you want to keep the style. Waste of money.

Sorry to hear that but please make sure you're doing it following this direction written here: as for Canva file: you need to upload your image and then it will be done by an easy dag and drop. You can drag your uploaded image from the left bar and drop it on the image placeholder. as for the Photoshop file: all images are smart objects so if you double click on the image then you can replace your image easily and ctrl+s will save your work and place it on the spot and later on by clicking on the image and related layer on the right side you can convert it to a smart object to repeat this process. Please let us know if you've done these steps and still were not able to change images. All the best.
