Post Tenebras Lux - Blackletter font family - 6 Styles - Multilingual supports.
Today, the Blackletter font is primarily used for decorative purposes. It is seen in other graphic designs that aim to evoke a sense of tradition, elegance or rebellion. The font is also used in calligraphy and typography due to its artistic and aesthetic appeal.
Blackletter is best used for headlines, logos, posters and signs. If you have received a certificate, diploma or degree, there is a good chance that some or all of the text is written in Blackletter. Other familiar images include some well-established newspaper nameplates, where the font can be though of as adding seriousness to the publication. More recently, it has become associated with alcoholic beverage labels, Heavy metal bands, gangster rap and the film industry.
It has been modernized by taking inspiration from blackletter, which was used in Western Europe from about 1150 to the 17th century, and its sub_from Fraktur, which was the most widely used in the Germanic region of Europe.
This font has a rich content with its multi-language and alternate characters. This rich content will provide an advantage in creating alternatives in your different projects.

- How can I unzip product files?
PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.

- How do I install a font?
After you unzip your font product files, you will see .OTF or .TTF files. To install a font, just double click on the OTF or TTF file. For more information, check out our Font FAQ.

- What software do I need to use this font?
When a font is installed on your computer, it can be used with any program that allows you to create text. Fonts will work in Microsoft Office applications, Adobe software, and almost any other program with a text editor.
