I was looking to have a logo designed and just paid for something I can't do anything with. No one responded to my email after the purchase. Disappointed because I don't have time to waste, it's not even worth it.

They are only for preview purposes) The logo mockups are made to put your own logos." What we're selling here is the template logo effect. We're not selling the logos displayed on images preview. You need to place your own custom logo which will adapt the effect style shown on the images preview. Also, you didn't reach us as we didn't see any messages on Creative Market or email about it out in order to help you out. Nah fam - Layers are hard to use, takes way too long to load, hard to change colors, the file structure is very hard to use and manipulate. Hard Pass after paying for the mock.

Hi Dustin, Sorry to hear that. I believe you didn't even want to try to understand how the files and different effects works, since it has been 5 minutes since you purchased the product and left the review. (There's video of replacing the logo and switching effects and colors, everything is well organized if you read group layers), The only thing that we can agree (even though it is stated on the preview image of the product) is that it may take 30 - 40 seconds to change logo. How can I unzip product files?
