About

Antique Heliotype Photoplates includes 12 images of heliographic photoplates from the 1850's. Heliochromy was an experimental photographic process, similar to daguerreotypes, which attempted to produce color photographs. They're perfect for adding authentic vintage or distressed character to any design project. Image sizes vary somewhat, but are approximately 2000 x 1540 px / 8.3 x 6.4 in. All are 240 dpi jpg's.
