Hi Roberta, I’m sorry to hear that this is not working on your computer. There could be a number of reasons why, but I’ll try to provide a few fixes that might work for you below. I found these tips here: https://www.photoshopgurus.com/forum/threads/photoshop-freezes-when-i-try-to-render-video.54837/ Tip 1. Turn off Edit|Preferences|Performance|Use Graphics Processor That wording may be different depenting on the versiom you're running. Try resetting the preferences file. It cures a lot of strange behavior in PS. Start Photoshop and immediately hold down Ctrl+Alt+Shift (Windows) or Command+Option+Shift (Mac OS X). Then, click Yes to the message, "Delete the Adobe Photoshop Settings file?" Tip 2. Save the PSD once you've completed your work Open Adobe media encoder Drag the PSD into Media encoder Render. Please let me know if any of these work for you! It looks like Adobe hasn’t replied to any of the forum boards that posted this issue.
