Phatin Angler
About
Phatin Angler is a fishing themed font duo that blends two distinct styles into one perfectly balanced package: a flowing script with elegant calligraphic strokes, and a bold regular style. Both styles are carefully crafted to complement each other, creating rich, visually engaging typography.
If you're creating a fishing brand, a craft beer label, a vintage poster, or rugged outdoor apparel, Phatin Angler is the font duo that does the heavy lifting. The script font flows like a fishing line cast over still water, with bold swash capitals and smooth letterforms that pair beautifully with the regular condensed — a sturdy, no-nonsense typeface built for headlines, badges, and logos.
The design draws inspiration from classic American vintage signage from the 1940s–60s: think hand-painted bait shop signs, tackle box labels, and old fishing tournament posters. That nostalgic, lived-in quality is baked into every letterform. A full Dingbats font filled with fishing icons (fish, hooks, lures, and more) gives you ready-to-use illustrations that match the font's aesthetic perfectly.
