Low Country is the first font bundle featuring imperfect sans serif styles inspired by southern spaces that don't rush - marshes, spanish moss, and quiet shifts of the tide. Warm, grounded, unpolished handwritten fonts built from memories made in the quiet landscapes of the Carolinas.

Built from the bones of our New England-inspired font North, and deeply inspired by the slow living of the South. One font, two styles: The first, duo-style font from By Hand Designs. Low Country is a hand-drawn sans serif workhorse font that features a classic regular style and a distressed variant for a lived in feel.

• Low Country Regular is the classic. An adaptable sans serif with enough restraint for paragraphs, menus, packaging, websites, and longer passages, yet enough character to hold a wordmark on its own.

• Low Country Distressed reveals its history. The same forms are reworked by hand to introduce irregularity, wear, and a more tactile surface giving headlines, packaging, marks, and display type the feeling of something that existed before you found it.
