Brindle Hour — Warm Retro Serif
About
Brindle Hour brings warm vintage character to modern branding. Its upright letters pair generous curves with contrasting strokes, rounded bracketed feet and expressive ball terminals. Purposeful details in the R, Q and g add personality while the main alphabet stays readable in short headlines and product names.
Build a distinctive wordmark with 26 alternative capitals and eight lowercase logo forms, including a single-storey a, a double-storey g and extended endings. Apply them selectively using a glyph panel, PUA characters or stylistic sets. Four original ornaments help finish labels, covers and editorial layouts.
The package includes one Regular font in OTF and TTF, genuine uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, punctuation and the exact selected Latin accents listed in the character inventory. Pair kerning supports selected common headline combinations.
Designed for coffee packaging, independent magazines, record sleeves, cafe merchandise, skincare labels and lifestyle branding. The included presentation set contains a cover, two character sheets, five mockups, two flattened text effects and a neutral specimen. The displayed main lettering uses the supplied font. Caption lettering is not included as a second font. Swashes are manually selected rather than automatically assigned by word position.
