HOW TO RECEIVE YOUR TEMPLATE

- You will receive an email from WIX within 1-3 business days
- Please accept the transfer within 72 hours, and WIX will add the template to your WIX account. If you do not accept the transfer within this timeframe, the transfer will expire
RETURN/ REFUND POLICY Due to websites being digital products, once CreatedbyVision transfers a template or website to the client's WIX account, CreatedbyVision cannot accept any returns or issue refunds.

- How can I unzip product files?
PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.
