Absolute nightmare trying to figure out how to download these, then having to unzip every single PSD file. I actually purchased 3 different items at the same time from this seller, and unzipping them at the same time was the biggest mistake as nothing is properly organized and all folders are named "scenes" or "items", and everything got combined. By the time I figured out what's what, I was incredibly frustrated.
Hello, Thank you for your purchase and I'm sorry you've encountered such difficulties. Can you describe in more detail what exactly your problem is? On Google Drive in this bundle there are only two folders "Items" and "Scenes". All scenes and items are quite easy to download. Go inside each folder double and download the mockup you need. - How can I unzip product files?
PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
