HAPPY BIRTHDAY - This set includes:

• 165 files of decorative elements, including cute animals, cakes, balloons, banners, cupcakes, gifts and much more! – Contains 208 files in total;
• 23 patterns (3300x3300px) - PNG files - 400 dpi (high-quality);
• With the exception of papers, all files have a transparent background (PNG - 400 dpi - high-quality);
• All files are saved separately, and compressed in some zip folders;
• All products sold are digital, that is, no physical product is shipped.

After payment, you will receive a link to download the file at your ETSY REGISTERED email. You can also access this link by logging into your Etsy account and checking your purchases in the customer section. The file will be a PDF containing all the links to download the complete set. These are high-quality files, so the download may take some time to complete. Once the download is finished, you will receive zipped folders. You will need to unzip them to access each file individually.

USE LICENSE Upon purchase, you agree to use the files under certain conditions, which are: Personal Use: Unlimited use of the files to make items for personal and non-profit use. Commercial Use: Use of the files for making items for sale and/or commercialization limited to 1000 (one thousand) annual units. If you have a micro or larger enterprise and intend to produce items with illustrations purchased from Estúdio Daiane Barbosa above 1000 pieces/copies, you need to acquire our commercial license. What you CAN do:

1. Purchased artwork can be used on up to 1000 pieces of physical products.
2. Use the illustrations in your own art of digital products.

What you CANNOT do:

1. The files acquired on the estudiodaianebarbosa.com.br website or official stores cannot be distributed, resold, sublicensed, donated, passed on, sold, or shared.
2. Purchased items cannot be altered, edited or attached with other artwork to be sold as digital kits.
3. The illustrations’ Estúdio cannot be delivered as digital products provided free of charge.
4. Vectorization of illustrations is not allowed.
5. The sale of the print files or in any format that allows the reuse of the illustrations by third parties is not allowed.
6. The use of the arts in fabrics is allowed only for creating personalized items from it, such as bags and necessaires. For the sale of the fabric as a product (more than a thousand meters per year), it is necessary to purchase a commercial license, which you can request by email (contato@estudiodaianebarbosa.com.br).
7. The use of the illustrations by Estúdio Daiane Barbosa on websites, mobile applications, desktop applications or game development is not allowed.
8. The illustrations by Estúdio Daiane Barbosa must not be used in logos or as part of a trademark. It is not allowed to register any trademarks using our illustrations.
9. The use of the illustrations in editorial products such as books, magazines, workbooks, blogs, news portals, etc. is not allowed. Questions, orders or purchase of commercial licenses, please contact (contato@estudiodaianebarbosa.com.br).

SHIPPING AND DOWNLOAD All products sold on estudiodaianebarbosa.com.br are digital, that is, no physical product is shipped. Purchased items will be sent to the email provided at the time of purchase (check junk mail/spam). Also, when the order is confirmed, the download button is available on the website screen. If there is any problem in shipping the purchased products, please contact us. The download link will be available for 30 days. Confirmation of the order and subsequent release of the files for download depends on the approval of the payment, with some payment methods taking longer than others in the approval process.

EXCHANGE OR RETURN There is no possibility of refunding amounts paid or exchanging purchased products, as the product is sent automatically.
