This is the first time I have downloaded a graphics design. I guess when I pay to download something I expect too much....once I figured out how to bring it into my Silhouette Studio...I had to adjust the size (super huge)....then some I had to trace to get rid of the background. I thought that would all be done....that's why I am buying it. Ugh....I just tried printing it and changed to background colour to a very light grey....but there are still bits of white that don't come away when you trace. These are the little things I expect to be done when buying a design. Am I asking too much!
Hello, thank you for your order and your review! Yes, I know this problem with Silhouette Studio :( I don't recommend Silhouette Studio at all because some of my customers reflected it cannot handle huge transparent .png files and it open them on background without any error message. Of course my illustrations don't have background, you can make sure of it when you try a reduced (40% of size) version which can be opened with Silhouette too but you cannot enlarge without pixels: (private link) I would have been here for any issue or complaint. - How can I unzip product files?
PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.
