This is just a file that can be opened only with Photoshop. It contains a just a picture of what you see in the description. The ribbons are not customizable or useful.
Hi! Thank you for your purchase. This file is "Vector" (.eps) and fully customisable when you open it with any application that is used for working with vector files. In the description it is specifically mentioned that it's "Compatible with: Adobe Illustrator". Adobe Photoshop that you are referring to is a "raster" application that is used for raster files (photos/images, for example .jpeg / .png). That's why you need application for working with vector graphics — Adobe Illustrator is the one that you need. I hope this helps! Please, next time pay closer attention to the specs before you download a file and before you write a 1 star review.
