Is there anything else I need to purchase to use this template?

Yes. You will need to pay for your Squarespace subscription in order to launch your website. We recommend a Core subscription plan for most of our templates. If you sign up for an annual subscription you’ll also receive an additional 20% your first year subscription plan.

You’ll also need a domain if you do not have one yet. If you sign up for an annual subscription for Squarespace you will receive your first year of your domain subscription for free. (Don’t worry, you’ll receive step by step instructions for this set up in the Glo Up Lounge!)

Can I use your template if I’m not design/tech savvy?

100%. These templates were created for non-designers. You’ll get step-by-step video tutorials, a full Website Prep Kit to plan your content, and access to the Glo Up Lounge for extra support. You don’t have to figure this out alone.

Can I change colors, fonts, and photos?

Yes, yes, and yes. Everything is customizable- this is your website. Make it look and feel like your brand using the tutorial videos and design resources provided inside the Lounge.

Can I use the template for more than one website?

Each template license is valid for one website only. If you’re building more than one site (like for a second business or a client), you'll need to purchase an additional template. Redistribution, resales, and transfers are strictly prohibited.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of this product and immediate access to training and design files, all template purchases are non-refundable. But if you have questions before buying, feel free to reach out- I want you to feel confident it’s the right fit.

What if I mess up my template and need a replacement?

We've got your back- but we do have a policy in place. Because templates are installed manually and licensed per site, we do require a $50 replacement fee. Just reach out, and we’ll help get you sorted.
