Small Wonders - 400 Texture Elements

Small Wonders contains 400 texture elements in TIFF files. (+ You will get access to future updates for FREE!) They are easy to use in Adobe Illustrator and this technique of texturing your work is much more memory saving than using the real vector textures.

I confess. I am a bigger fan of the Adobe Illustrator than Adobe Photoshop. 80 percent of work, I do in the Illustrator. When I am working on illustrations, I don’t like to skip between Illustrator and Photoshop to do a texture work.

I had always used vector textures in my work (and I use a lot of textures in my illustrations), but my Mac went crazy! With every texture added, it went slower and slower and it was pretty annoying!

But I discovered this technique with TIFF bitmap textures. You can change its color easily in Adobe Illustrator without converting it a texture to vector. And it saves a lot of memory and the workflow is really good. But you know, handling the big size textures is annoying too!

Why would you have to use a big texture for texturing if you only needed it for a small part of your work? It’s not really flexible to handle big size textures. For that part of texturing many illustrators and designers skip to Photoshop and use the Photoshop texture brushes…

But now, you don’t have to! With 400 texture elements in TIFF format, it’s pretty easy to do texture work in Adobe Illustrator (and it’s really better for handling!).

Practically, you can use these texture elements as you are using Photoshop texture (stamp) brushes. Just place a texture element and change color. Size of the files is between 500 - 3000 px.

I bet you will love them because it will make your workflow faster!
