Cedar Valley - National Park Font
About
Meet Ceder Valley, a soft, rounded retro typeface inspired by the timeless signage of America’s national parks, forests, campgrounds, and scenic roadside destinations.
Designed to capture the nostalgic character of vintage National Park Service signs, Ceder Valley brings that familiar outdoorsy warmth into a versatile digital font. Its gently rounded shapes, quirky proportions, and subtle handmade imperfections give it an authentic retro personality that feels approachable, adventurous, and full of charm.
Rather than looking overly polished or mechanical, Ceder Valley embraces the character of old painted signs, trail markers, park maps, campground graphics, souvenir patches, and mid-century outdoor branding. The result is a typeface that instantly evokes memories of road trips, mountain lodges, forest cabins, campfires, postcards, and long summer days spent exploring the outdoors.
Ceder Valley is perfect for national park-inspired branding, camping graphics, outdoor apparel, travel posters, lodge logos, campground signs, stickers, patches, badges, packaging, postcards, adventure brands, merchandise, editorial layouts, and retro-inspired graphic design.
Its soft, friendly construction makes it especially effective for bold headlines and logos, while its nostalgic style pairs beautifully with illustrated landscapes, mountains, pine trees, vintage badges, wildlife artwork, and classic travel-poster aesthetics.
Whether you're designing a fictional national park identity, creating merchandise for an outdoor brand, or simply trying to give your typography the warmth of a weathered trail sign, Ceder Valley brings the spirit of the great outdoors into every letter.
Soft. Nostalgic. Outdoorsy. Made for adventure.
