McToothy - Procreate Texture Brushes
About
McToothy is a rough texture brush pack created specifically for Procreate to produce more organic ink lines when outlining/inking and illustrating on the iPad.
I know what you're thinking. Why is this really awesome, gritty grunge pack of raw inking brushes and textures named..."McToothy"?!?! Well, first off, that's a great question. Secondly, these brushes were created to emulate real ink bleeds on paper. Specifically, the paper found in cheap sketchbooks that have a lot of... tooth. ba dum tss
All 48 inking brushes were created using real ink (India, Sumi and Archival) and have been refined to work digitally. From outlining lettering or artwork to calligraphy to full on illustration (as seen by Brett Wilbanks' featured illustrations) adding realistic texture and grit to your artwork is why McToothy exists.
What's included:
48 rough inking brushes (Don't worry, I won't list them all.) These vary from real pen, brush and marker shapes created using India, Sumi and Archival Ink marks.
15 background texture brushes These textures pair really well with adding subtle and sometimes not so subtle texture to your artwork. While these brushes were created for adding texture to the background, they can be added to line work/artwork via clipping and layer masks.
See update log below for additional brushes and textures added.

If you have any questions, concerns or would like to share what you've created, feel free to reach out via Twitter or Instagram - @IIAspire
Please note: Streamline is set very low to none on these brush pens, so feel free to change to your desired preference.
Some/most of these brushes can be used to create artwork at 300DPI, but not all. Use your best judgment.
Everything included will be in a .zip folder. If you download this .zip folder directly to your iPad, you will need a third-party app (from the App Store) to extract the brushes if you don't have the "files" or "Dropbox" app. An alternative is downloading to your computer, extracting the files, then loading them onto your iPad or Dropbox.
These brushes are only compatible with the Procreate App on the Apple iPad Pro. They are NOT compatible with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.

If you are looking to add some organic feeling texture to your Procreate work these are really good. I appreciate the detail and the range very much. They work as well as any of the other certified brushes I've purchased.
