How to install and use these actions in few easy steps

Unzip the downloaded file "Haftone Mono and Duo by IRCF.zip"
Open your image in Adobe Photoshop
Select Actions panel ( Window - Actions )
In actions panel, select the drop down menu and select "load actions"
Select "Haftone Mono and Duo by IRCF.atn"
Your halftone actions will now appear in the actions panel.
Apply the halftone action you want by clicking on the play button
Done !

For more possibilities, you have the possibility to edit each color layers effects with a double-click.
