REQUIRED SOFTWARE: Adobe Photoshop, Photoshop Elements for raster and Adobe Illustrator for vector.

When you open the foils.ai swatch files, your artboard will be blank. This is as it should be because these files are swatch libraries. You will find the file content in your swatches palette (window - swatches) and you can apply them to objects in your artboard as desired.

If you doubt is Styles for Photoshop works well in your software just download a sample of Shiny foils sample.asl and test it. The sample contains Photoshop Styles only.
