These mockups are not set up correctly. When you apply your wallpaper on some of them (most of them?) a tiny square appears in the corner of the wall. I reached out for help and NEVER heard back. I ended up paying a designer to fix the files I needed.

some of the mockups don't fit well. Its poorly masked so you either have missing spots or overlapping spots on the underlaying image. The images are pretty but there are noticeable mistakes either with shabby handiwork or overlooked AI issues.

Maud- I’m sorry to hear you’re not happy with the mockups. While mistakes happen and I’m certainly NOT perfect, I stand by my work and have had hundreds of happy customers. Ive only had a handful of unhappy customers, and the vast majority of the time these individuals aren’t proficient in photoshop. While I certainly understand your frustration, your approach of aggressively messaging me on all platforms demanding a refund is unacceptable. Id encourage you to be kinder to shop owners when running into issues with products instead of trying to trash their reviews in an attempt to get your way (which in this instance is a refund when I can see you’ve viewed and downloaded all of the images). Luckily for me this is my hobby, and something that brings me joy. Best of luck to you! Xo
