Every time I try to resize the items, I get an error message. This doesn't happen with other scene creators I have purchased. It's useless if I can't resize the items. I regret my purchase.
Kimberly Baum A few months ago, we wrote you an email to offer you help after your evaluation, We have downloaded the scene creator from the same Creative Market page on different computers, we did not find problems to enlarge the elements, keep in mind that the file is very large and it needs sufficient resources for its manipulation. We have been able to work with files during the tests. We would have liked you to contact us, this assessment saddens us, we are a small team and working on these elements took us months, many were purchased from Christmas markets in Europe, we do not work in 3D, all the photographs have been treated one by one and our clients have not had any problems or "error" alerts. We are sorry for the inconvenience, in your next purchases in Creative Market contact the author, the artists will be available to solve your problem. Cheers Jay Mid
