The Website Content Prompt Workbook is a comprehensive guide designed to help clients plan their website content and can either be used as the foundations of writing their website content or is a great starting point for them to send on to a content writer if they do not have the time/skillset to write their own. It is born from the frustrations of both website designer AND client on how to both request and present well-planned website content and hit all the basics needed. The idea is to use the workbook to plan out content and use the prompts to help identify what can be added to the site and tips on how to send the content to a designer or a writer.
BONUS All text is real text, there is no Lorem Ipsum or dummy text used so you are most welcome to keep the copywriting or adapt with your own!
Note: The Website Content Prompt Workbook has been designed in a way that anyone can use to plan their website copy, but in some sections the fields may only apply to the Squarespace platform. This is not anything to worry about and if you/your clients are using Wix / Wordpress / another website platform, you can now easily change the content to reflect the content requirements from a specific platform.

This template uses only free fonts and links are included inside the download.
How do I use it?
Open the template and replace the content with your own. These templates include original text too so you have a guide on what to write where!
What can I customise?
Everything! You can move, edit or change all the elements in the template. You can add, remove or duplicate pages as well as change the order. All colours and fonts are completely editable so you can swap them out for your own branded ones.

Very nicely designed workbook. If you wish to change fonts, be aware that it may change the layout because everything is aligned tightly and the preset fonts are very small. Photos are not included, hopefully you have very nice photos to match the rest! If you're not a InDesign fluent user, it may be a little difficult to edit the template as the tutorials are more generic tutorials, not specific to this template.
Another great template! High quality and much more efficient than making my own

- Are the images included in this template?
- No. All images and mockups are for context only and not included in the template.
- Does this template include a PDF version?
- NO. This is an Indesign template compatible with Adobe Indesign. You can purchase this template and then save as a PDF once you have customised it with your own content, but no PDF file is included in this listing.
- Do I need to know how to use Indesign to use this?
- YES. While there is a help file included for basic Indesign editing, it is up to the user to be proficient in using Adobe Indesign. This workbook is for designers to edit and send to clients, it is not a Indesign tutorial workbook.
- How do I contact support?

- How can I unzip product files?
PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.
