Snowy Riverbank & Forest
About
The photographs included in my Scenes of Winter series were taken in the Lake Tahoe Region (where I live) during various times of the winter. Some photos were taken in late fall, some in the dead of winter, and some at the tail end of spring, but they all highlight aspects of the winter season at Lake Tahoe and in the surrounding Sierra Nevada Mountains. This series features snow flocked trees, powdery white mountains, bluebird skies, stormy forests, and icy landscapes. The photographs in the Scenes of Winter are individual JPGs (4450x3000 pixels, 300ppi, RGB color).
I perform all digital preparation to my photographs in Photoshop, using whatever tools, masks, actions, filters, etc. necessary to create the most compelling images. I am a storyteller above all else, and I use the camera and software as tools in which to tell an engaging story. I crop the photos in this series so that there is enough space in which to add your content (such as logos or messages). So, use these landscape photographs in your social media posts, with your blogs, articles, and newsletters, on your website, with your branding and marketing materials, or any other design project that could benefit from a high-quality landscape photograph. Edit these photographs as you see fit in order to support whatever project for which they’ll be used. All I ask is that you don’t resell these photographs as your own
