Hi Donald - Thank you for your review. As I highlighted in my response to you this file is optimized for Affinity Designer, but is able to be opened in Photoshop. I shared direct links that explain how you can export slices from the artboards set up in my file if you were using Photoshop, because you stated you were a beginner - I clearly outlined how to use the product not only in my instruction file, but also in my response to you. I also clearly outline in my listings what my files consist of, it is important that customers review the entire listing before purchase. I even went as far to share the link on the refund process and what can and can not be refunded per Creative Market Guidelines. You chose to negatively review my product instead of taking the steps necessary to ensure you can use your purchase with all of the help that I offered you this morning, which is unfortunate. But I understand the frustration. I work hard to ensure my products are high quality and am always willing to offer help and go the extra mile for customer service -especially for those who are still learning software. Yet, you ignored my help and then decided to give me a negative review instead because you didn't read the listing thoroughly and because you don't know how to use the product properly, despite my help, and were not willing to take the time to read the instructions I included in the file or the extra help I shared with you this morning. How can I unzip product files?

PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
