I love the designs of the animals. However, both the photos and the description is misleading, it states the letter and then the animal, and all the photos have the letters and the names. When I reached out to the artist she said that "these are ordinary letters, you can find them in Photoshop or illustrator. I meant the watercolor letters in an another alphabet." She could have sent over the letters and the names as she clearly has them because they are in the photos, but she would rather tell me I could find them in photoshop or illustrator, what if I didn't have access to that. I then asked about a custom project as she states she does custom work in her bio, she, "No, I dont create the number or letters for a custom." I was so excited to find this complete set but VERY disappointed with the customer service and the misleading photos and description. If the file came as advertised, and the customer service was better, I would have given 5 stars- unfortunate.
These photos are just a presentation, there is no information in my description that I sell numbers. I have provided you with a link where you can find this font with free license. Indeed, I take custom orders but my right to refuse to create a project that is not interesting to me.
