The fee rates in the calculator (6.5% platform, 3% payment, $0.45 fixed) are editable starting points, not your actual fees; check your platform's current rates. The example products are samples to overwrite. This planner helps you plan and see your numbers. It does not promise sales or profit. Built for Excel; the formulas are standard, but Google Sheets may display some formatting differently.

FAQ

Do I need Excel? The workbook is built for Microsoft Excel. It uses standard formulas and should open in other spreadsheet apps, but some formatting may differ. The PDF needs no software beyond a PDF reader.

Is it only for Etsy? No. The fees are editable, so it works for any small shop.

Are the dates fixed to 2026? Yes, the timeline and calendar use the 2026 dates. You can edit them, and the Review sheet includes the 2027 dates (Nov 26 and Nov 29).
