WAYPOST | A Retro Narrow Sans Serif
About
Waypost is a tall, narrow sans serif font with mixed-case letterforms and a gritty personality. Designed for posters, logos, menus, packaging, editorial layouts, and retro branding, it brings cinematic attitude and vintage character to each project.
Inspired by roadside motel signs, mid-century diner menus, and old film title cards, Waypost was made for storytellers, scene-setters, and visual world builders. It’s bold, sharp, and just the right amount of funk.
With both uppercase and lowercase characters, you can go clean or offbeat, subtle or loud. It works beautifully for display design, faux movie promos, nostalgic layouts, and anywhere you want strong visual identity without losing edge or charm.
