My mistake partially in thinking it would work, since other PSDs have worked well for me in Affinity with a little moving around of layers, etc. However, when it says Compatible with Bloatoshop, like with most all products on CM, I guess that means Bloatoshop or nothing!! (If only that was completely apparent to newer users of this site!!) This mockup creator had about half of the smart objects/edittable embeds working and the other half duds, making this redundant. I think this might be nice to help speed up making mockups if it was soooo much better organized and didn't have duplicate embeds. The aesthetics were only okay ultimately. However, it is exceedingly sluggish and clunky, and would be much worse on PS based on the platform speed differences between the two (many years with Adobe made me want to Hulk Smash by the end). Won't make the mistake of buying from CM again since most things require I guess ONLY Bloatoshop, and where no refunds is completely asinine!!!

As for the refund, we cannot do anything since this is Creative Market's policy—any purchases made in mistake is solely responsible of the customer. We hope you find a mockup that works for you.
I purchased this mockup to use in my college Final Spark Portfolio display. The added elements that it brought into the project helped me get full credit, along with some major kudos from my professor. The mockup was laid out beautifully with a versatility that allowed me to create the exact look I had imagined for displaying my own personal artwork. Thanks for helping me ace the course!

- How can I unzip product files?
PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.
