The brushes don't load into Illustrator properly unless I open the .eps. Then all of the brushes aren't even there. The last 40 or so are missing. These are the brushes I bought the pack for. On top of everything there is no way to contact the artist because the Creative Market website is saying that "messages are not working for some users."
Hi Kari! So sorry you are having issues with the files. I've just downloaded the product myself and its working on my end. I imported the brush palette from a new document and I also was able to open the .eps file and have all the brushes there. You can contact creative market for a refund - I unfortunately am unable to issue it on my end. I apologize for the inconvenience.

- I'm having trouble with opening the files.
- Try installing the through the brush and swatch palettes. Here are the instructions: Illustrator Brush Instructions: In Illustrator go to Window > Brush Libraries > Other Library and select file Pattern Swatches: In illustrator go to Window > Swatch Libraries > Other Library and select file Photo Shop Brushes: In photoshop click the settings gear on the brush palette and select load brushes. Then select the file.
- I've tried opening the files through the palettes, and the brushes and patterns still aren't showing up.
- Open the .eps file that coordinates with your version of illustrator. The brushes or swatches should populate automatically in the palettes for that document.

- How can I unzip product files?
PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.
