Not etched and loads of white in elements that is time consuming to edit. Elements were not even separated into individual trees. Just one flat image.
Hello Jenni! I'm sorry to hear that. Have you received a zip file with two files - jpg and psd? Jpg is just a preview, and if you open the psd file, then there are all trees on separate layers, cutted out, without a white background. And you can use them without any problems. PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
